📣 2025 Celebrate Centerville Community Gala Recap - What a night, Centerville! 💜❄️

On Saturday, December 6th, the Centerville Development Corporation hosted the 2025 Celebrate Centerville Community Gala at the Centerville Legion. A winter storm threatened the event throughout the day, but thanks to early preparation from the caterer and the dedication of volunteers, the gala moved forward safely for locals and all those able to make the trip.

More than 160 people had originally RSVP’d, and just over 100 braved the weather to attend the annual celebration of Centerville’s accomplishments, partnerships, and community spirit. Click Here To Read Full Article

New Housing Development in centerville

The Centerville Development Corporation is one step closer to making the vision for their new housing development in Centerville a reality. On Wednesday, January 25th the bid letting for the grading and infrastructure was held. Six prime contractors turned in bids for the construction of the project. Four out of six bids came in lower than the engineers original cost estimate of $1.4 million. The bids will be reviewed by ISG Engineering who is overseeing the project. Once all the bids have been reviewed the official award announcement will be made.

The new subdivision in Centerville will be developed on 14-acre parcel located in the southeast corner of town that was purchased by the Development Corporation in 2017. The development will feature 22 new lots, with 18 being single-family and 4 being multifamily. The lots will range from 0.30 acres to 0.76 acres in size.
